Finer control of volume, not greater loudness

This app does just what I was looking for, which to provide finer increments for adjusting volume, which is very helpful when commuting. It does not make your phone any louder (as the description implies), but I didnt expect or need that.

It is true, as other reviewers have said, that the profiles—i.e., preset—function is somewhat mysterious, but I didnt need that.

I bought this app to replace Volume Master for this purpose, which had one major flaw: the iPhone volume feedback that pops up as you adjust the volume covers up the controls. This app has the controls at the bottom of the screen, so that isnt a problem.
